As a graduate of St. Mary’s College with a major in Accounting and Economics, Brendan is a numbers guy at heart with a knack for organization and efficiencies. Don’t let his analytical side fool you though; Brendan is the most likely guy at Summit to make a lighthearted joke or drop a random movie quote into conversation.
Brendan established his career at a large regional accounting firm in the Audit Department which built a foundation of technical knowledge that he still utilizes today. A desire to do more led Brendan to establish a career in finance, and in 2012 he jumped on the Summit train full steam ahead.
Believing that no one should have to navigate the intricate world of finance alone, Brendan works with his clients to establish a comprehensive financial plan aimed at reaching their future goals. Brendan takes great pride to be able to break the mold of speaking in industry jargon by explaining complex financial matters in layman’s terms.
Brendan lives in Alamo with his wife, Lindsay, and his Irish Setter, Ruby. As active members of the East Bay community, Brendan and Lindsay are passionate about philanthropy – principally through the Lazarex Cancer Foundation and the World Vision – WASH program. Assuming he is not on the golf course, in his free time, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, staying active with many sports including basketball and volleyball, and tackling the never ending honey-do list.
