Aaron finds tremendous satisfaction collaborating with owners of privately held businesses on the various Exit and Succession routes available to them. For many, the goal is to transfer a business within the family, prepare for a third-party sale, or perpetuate the company with key managers. In many ways, our clients’ companies are big families; Aaron feels honored to help business owners ensure the eventual succession is a success – both for them and their company.
When outside the office, Aaron can likely be found enjoying quality time with his high school sweetheart and wife, Liz, and their son, Luke. Together, they enjoy SF Giants games, getting a little fresh air while hiking, or catching a movie when their busy schedules provide an opening.
