Qualifications and skills …
-Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator) as well as WordPress
-Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills – ability to manage priorities, coordinate multiple/concurrent projects, demonstrate flexibility by adjusting readily to change, and meet deadlines
-Knowledgeable in social media marketing best practices for Facebook and LinkedIn
-Excellent writing and editing skills
-Upbeat, positive attitude
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
In your role, you will assist with the following …
-Content creation and design of marketing support materials and presentations
-Communicating with external service providers
-Creating and implementing firm social media campaigns
-Planning and executing events: client, charity and business development events as well as company events such as employee appreciation activities
-Managing the marketing component of the firm’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database
-Creation and management of content for firm website through WordPress

We’re also looking for a full-time, high-caliber assistant for one of our top producing teams. In this role you will be the “gatekeeper” for the practice and interface with the advisors, clients, financial planning and new business departments.
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: calendar management, email review, making travel plans and scheduling client meetings/events, preparing all necessary paperwork and reports for client meetings, performing follow-up as required, updating client records in our CRM, eMoney and other systems as needed. You will also be responsible for taking and completing money movement requests for the practice.
In addition to the partnership within the practice team, you will be a part of a four-person Executive Assistant team where you will provide backup for one another.

-Solid follow-up skills
-High level of proficiency with technology including MS Office and CRM’s
-Familiarity with NetX360, Laserfiche, Albridge Solutions, eMoney, or LaserApp is helpful
-Financial Services industry experience preferred
-Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
