Summit Financial Group is searching for a talented and dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join our growing San Ramon, CA team. We are an established financial planning and wealth management firm that takes pride in building client relationships that last a lifetime. About the role:
In this position you will provide administrative support under the direction of the Front Office & Accounting Manager. You will be key in creating a great first impression of Summit Financial Group while greeting guests, answering telephones and directing inquiries from clients, advisors and support staff.
The right person for this role is a polished individual with a professional image, a positive and flexible attitude, strong customer service skills and the unique ability to make people feel welcome.
We seek an individual who is self-motivated and eager to pitch in where needed. You are not afraid to make mistakes and learn from them. You are comfortable multi-tasking and staying on track in an environment with frequent interruptions.
• 2+ years of experience working in a front desk, customer service, or administrative-related position
• Experience using a multi-line phone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid foundation working within Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
